If you're looking for a Memorial Day treat to make your party guests swoon, you have come to the right place. And if you're here, you are probably also a bit of a procrastinator (like me) and want this show stopping treat to be quick and easy. Because let's be honest, you still need time to get your spray tan, nails done, and hair did ;D Don't stress, my lovelies, I have your perfect party treat. And if you can make a sandwich, you've got this one covered ;)
WHAT YOU NEED
TOOLS
INGREDIENTS
- Gluten free pretzel chips
- Bananas
- Dark chocolate
- Peanut butter
- Coconut oil
PRINTABLE RECIPE
Chocolate, peanut butter, pretzel, and banana . . . The goddess of salty sweet combinations. Need I say more? How about vegan and gluten free?? Yeah. I said it.
This combination feels like it hits every little taste bud in my mouth. Not only with one, but two combinations of polar-opposite, love-at-first-site. The silky dark chocolate covers a thin pretzel crunch, giving way to our peanut butter smothered banana middle man. I think I may be drooling just thinking about it.

- Serve and enjoy! I store mine in the freezer because I like to eat them frozen!
SUGGESTIONS
- Involve the kids! It's so easy and they will have tons of fun dipping away. :D
- Serve as a healthy sweet treat for Memorial Day with festive colors! When serving, keep inside - in a cool place as they will begin to melt if they are in the sun or warm space.
