RAW JUICE: The Greens

kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, cucumber, celery, apple & lemon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 2" ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash all vegetables.
  2. Put ingredients in a high powered juicer (I use this one)
  3. Drink up and enjoy!

BENEFITS

True to their nature, greens produce chlorophyll, which oxygenates your body.  This enables us to release stored toxins in the body. Your hemoglobin (that has a similar molecular structure as that of your red blood cells) will get elevated, improving the blood circulation as a result and giving your body a boost of energy.  Chlorophyll foods also act as a form of 'stored sunshine', to regulate calcium and Vitamin D deficiency.
