Most individuals seek pleasure and avoid pain. It's human nature. What we know often feels secure, predictable and safe. What we don't know often leads to insecurity and fear. If fear is constantly leading us back to our comfort zone, it will soon become increasingly difficult to leave. Like I've said before, growth happens outside of our comfort zone.
"To remain insecure is the very quality of life itself." Only when you are completely insecure - accepting the unpredictability of life - will you truly be free. With freedom comes new experiences and with new experiences, comes growth.
WHAT YOU NEED
YOGA MAT
PRINTABLE FLOW SEQUENCE
PRACTICE
1. WARM UP
Start with "warm-up" stretches or series to awaken the body.
2. PRACTICE FLOW SEQUENCE
- Complete the right side (as shown below), start to finish. You will end up at the front of your mat.
- Complete the left side and end at the front of your mat.
- Repeat 1-3 times (repeat same sequence or advance postures).
3. COOL DOWN
End with a cool down sequence.
