- pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- goji berries
- chia seeds
- hemp seed
- cinnamon
- maple syrup
- sunflower seed butter
- coconut oil
- vanilla
- salt

Goji Berry + Super Seed Granola

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl except goji berries.
- Combine wet ingredients: maple syrup, sunbutter, coconut oil and vanilla.
- Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients until coated.
- On a greased or ungreased, baking sheet, add your granola, laying it flat and bake for about 30- 35 minutes, until golden throughout. Stir the mixture every 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely. Add goji berries and store in an air-tight container.
