  • gluten free oats
  • sunflower seeds
  • pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • goji berries
  • chia seeds
  • hemp seed
  • cinnamon
  • maple syrup
  • sunflower seed butter
  • coconut oil
  • vanilla
  • salt

Goji Berry + Super Seed Granola

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl except goji berries.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: maple syrup, sunbutter, coconut oil and vanilla.
  4. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients until coated.
  5. On a greased or ungreased, baking sheet, add your granola, laying it flat and bake for about 30- 35 minutes, until golden throughout.  Stir the mixture every 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely.  Add goji berries and store in an air-tight container.
