We love Superfoods over at The Food Click and there are plenty of reasons why! Generally speaking, Superfoods refer to foods that contain health-promoting properties and/or have an unusually high content of antioxidants, vitamins, or other nutrients. That being said, I always look for opportunities to include superfoods in any recipe I can. Goji Maca Protein Bites are no exception and combine plant based protein with powerful superfoods like goji berries, maca powder, chia seeds, and hemp seeds . . . Talk about a power packed snack!
