BELLY-GOOD CARBS: Natural sugars in real fruit , such as the oranges in this shake, pack in pectin fiber, which aids in warding off fat build-up.

SLIMMING MILK: Easy for many to digest as it's lactose free, almond milk has the added bonus of a lot of Vitamin E which aids in detoxification. Also has mono-unsaturated fatty acids, the good fat that helps to burn belly fat.

BLENDING BREAKFAST OATS: Whole grain soluble fiber, which attracts water and stays in your stomach longer. This helps reduce blood cholesterol by flushing bad acids out of your system.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 orange
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 frozen bananas
    • 1/4 cup oat bran
    • Optional sweetener: honey or stevia

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.  Enjoy!
